At the Moment selling my place. Tried Bouvard settlements , I had never sold a house before and rang up a few times to querry questions. I felt like I was pestering them more than them helping positively to get the paperwork done. I then was spoken with lack of respect and care as a client when I sent the the documents back via phone picutres via email. Do no recommend one bit.
