Poor care due to being understaffed. The nurses and aids were very nice and friendly they just didn’t have time to do everything they had to do. When my father was discharged nobody told us how to take care of his Foley catheter, I had to beg somebody to show me how to change the bag, I didn’t know anything about how to clean it out etc. I had to look up a YouTube video on that because I am not a nurse and I had no idea how to take care of a catheter.

RecommendedMy mother is a resident at Harmony River and although I don’t get to see her as much as I should due to health issues of my own. I feel when I have been there the staff works diligently to help her with her issues which can be challenging! Her sister visits frequently and also is impressed with her care
