You have to look pretty hard for that info and not all of their third parties are trustworthy or reputable companies. We recently booked a vacation rental through Boutique Homes. Once the reservation was confirmed the property manager stated they would send check-in information 2 weeks prior to check-in. 8 days before check-in I had not received the information, so I followed up with a mess... read more
