5 stars to Simy ( blonde therapist for lasar hair removal).. I had my patch test with her ,and I felt very safe,as she spent a lot of time with me explaining the process and what to do or not to do during my future sessions.. Avoid laser treatments! Their laser is very weak and you won’t see any results, you will be treated by different practitioners every time, who won’t know any settings for you and also won’t listen if you ask them to treat areas on the higher settings. I have done laser before in different areas and other clinics and know the effect it should have. I really like this place for their laser therapists and their prices, I get my laser done there all the time. But I cannot give more than three stars because it's near impossible to get appointments there and if you need to reschedule you have to go through this laborious process of calling them every morning trying to get a slot and while I understand that there might not be much the reception staff can do, they also don't seem to be sympathetic or willing to help at all. Embarrassing customer service and unprofessional management. I had a credit on my account for not being able to continue my laser course due to contraindications, however since the business is slowly closing down and no longer providing any other service than laser I am now unable to use my credit - quite obviously. Here's an updated version of your review: I am extremely disappointed with the way this salon handles their customers. I had to cancel two appointments because I caught COVID and was unable to attend. Despite informing them, they showed no understanding or flexibility and refused to accommodate my situation.
