Exceptional customer service – far beyond what we expected! During our family trip to Québec, we bought a beautiful gold ring for our 13-year-old daughter at Riversea in Petit Champlain. Unfortunately, she lost the ring after we returned home to Germany and was very sad, as it had become one of her favourite souvenirs from our trip.
