First off the front desk girl is awesome and always seemed helpful. This is our third time visiting this location. The first time was horrible wait times, and not that great of a job as 3 nails came off within a week. 2nd time was pretty decent so decided for another try. Scheduled an appointment for my daughter at 1pm. Waited an hour and didn't hear a peep from any of the nail techs. For the flower on my ring finger I didn’t ask for the black outline but they went ahead and did it anyways. The gems on the flower on my ring fingers fell off in a day. They looked good but could have been better.
I took my daughter here to get her nails done and a pedicure. I received a pedicure myself and did the middle priced one they didn’t cut any cuticles nothing that they grabbed was sterile so that was definitely alarming. I told them no gel as I don’t like to soak off the gel polish or have my toe nails sanded and they still put gel on my toes and seems to not understand when telling them again For my daughter’s nails meanwhile, she’s 10 ,her pedicure and my pedicure, It was $199.00.
