This place doesn't even answer the phone.It goes straight to music and just sits there for ten fifteen twenty minutes.They don't even bother picking up.I can't even get to the billing department just to ask how much my Oncology follow up CT scan is going to cost me out of pocket.
The scheduling app is useless and beyond frustrating.
This is my 2nd attempt at a 2nd location trying to get an uncomplicated MRI. STRIC authorization office that processes the referrals is slow and that's who is to blame. My insurance sent all the proper documents to them several days ago. And both locations i was denied my MRI. STRIC needs to do better in their referral office. Do better STRIC! this scathing review will not be updated.
Just don’t go here , Faith the girl in the front desk was rude .
They informed me I have to make an appointment before they tell you if my insurance coverage is "in network".
