I can't stand and understand how people compromise their word to make money. I was told when I went in for an x-ray that it will take only 10 minutes but it turned out to over 45 waiting time. Was this the personal decision of the young lady who checked me in in the reception or has she been trained to mislead? Other than this, the staff is very nice and professional.
Came here on April 14, 2026 around 10 a.m. because my doctor referred me for a neck X-ray. The facility itself is nice — clean and in a good location. However, the front desk experience completely ruined it. When I tried to ask for basic information, the staff member (a girl with glasses and long dark hair, sitting between two other employees) was clearly annoyed and came across as very rude.
