Horrible customer service. I went there with a family member, and the entire time we were there, a red-haired girl with a black headband judged us along with her coworker. When the red-haired girl handed a product to my family member that she had been searching for, the girl intensely stared at her for too long, as if silently saying that she didn't belong in the store or that she had terrible choice in choosing the product she was looking for. Les employées riaient entre elles, parlaient de leur fin de semaine, étaient occupées à ne pas faire leur travail alors que j’étais la seule cliente PRÉSENTE. Lorsque je m’en viens pour déranger l’une d’entre elles, celle-ci me suggère les produits les plus chers et n’est même pas capable de me dire autre chose que «Ben la formule est de haute qualité🤓». Franchement, surveillez qui vous engagez par pitié! Elle me conseillait des produits pour les cheveux blonds teints alors que je lui ai mentionné que mes cheveux sont NATUR... read more

Samedi 30 Novembre 11:34 am (black friday) sur son cellulaire , pas de bonjour, pas de promotion. Essaie d’avoir une conversation, pas de sourire et rien à faire pour les faire changer d’humeur.

Great product, however i went there today and was astonished to see that the sales person was not so keen in going beyond to help find me the product i was looking for. At this point why not put a self checkout!!!! We spent around 90$ there but was treated without care or emphathy.
