Super clean, lots of great and useful equipment, machines exceptionally well maintained
I have found Kinetic Motion to be a really well run gym with a vision, a great playlist and a wide assortment of equipment and machines that provide for all possibilities of workouts. The owner, Michael Mori, puts in so much care and attention to the smallest of details. And he is a knowledgeable and skilled kinesiologist who has helped me and others through injuries that would have been limiting without his treatment and exercise prescription.
I’ve been seeing Michael Mori for 18 years for PT and training. I started seeing him after herniating 3 discs. He is a master practitioner. And has kept me fit and virtually pain free. When I strain my back he is able to get me balanced and sets me right. Since he took over the gym he has improved it in every way. Great machines and very clean. I love this gym. It’s got everything you need without the crowd. The owner (Michael) is an awesome guy and everyone that works there is super nice.
This is EASILY the best trainer’s gym I have ever trained in. The owner keeps this place SPOTLESS and has amazing equipment. The staff is curated in such a way that it feels like family. I adore this place.
