I hope management reads these reviews. I am a current member, I don't plan on leaving but there really needs to be changes made. There is a squashed bug in the women's change room that has been there longer than I've been a member (2months), the women's only section has not been cleaned either. I see the same dust bunnies, the same dried up bits of energy drink, and the same broken machines with no indication of staff presence besides at the front counter to let people in. Very difficult cancellation. I canceled the membership but they’re still charging me every month!!! Very rude and careless staff!! Do not recommend
(((!!warning!!)))Do not go there, they will make you put your information before you know anything about the place.. they will force you to stay with them for a one year. if you come to cancel the contract they will not canceled before that, no matter what. they won’t do it. after my uncle cancelled the contract, they still taking money from him until he went to the bank and changed his bank account. they took over $4000 dollar. also The washroom smells so bad like so so bad.
