Absolutely amazing!! I bought my wedding dress from Boutique Brides of Crosby, all the girls are so friendly and helpful. Throughout the process of trying my first dress on to finding my dream dress, the communication and service has been excellent. At no point did I feel pressured to make any rushed decisions, the girls were just very supportive to me and my family. My seamstress Monica did a fantastic job tailoring my dress within an inch of its life. It was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much xx
Wonderful experience here on Saturday. It was my first time in a bridal shop and first time trying any wedding dresses on. As someone who isn’t very ‘girly’ and had no idea what I was looking for, I wasn’t sure how comfortable I was going to feel. But Melissa and her colleague were absolutely brilliant - I felt very comfortable and we had a real laugh. The dress I reserved was the first one I tried on, picked out by Mel - she defo has an amazing eye 😉 thanks so much! See you soon!
Thank you for a wonderful experience! Shop was clean and well presented. The woman that helped us was kind and attentive to what I was after. I felt listened to and at ease through the whole appointment. Thank you for your help and I would definitely recommend the shop for any bride to be.
Absolutely incredible experience, by far my favourite shop that I have been to. From the first appointment Melissa was so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and sweet. She made me feel so comfortable and able to ask questions and ask for different options whereas in other shops I didn't feel like I could ask everything I wanted. Would not recommend …. My daughter did not know what kind of dress she wanted … staff were unhelpful and just told us to pick dresses out ourselves and left us …and we had to then ask were there anymore to be told yes we have some upstairs … did not make her feel special … she chose a dress but don’t like the back of it … they told us it did come another way ….
