Hao at Boutique Bridal is absolutely fantastic. She was recommended to me and I am so lucky and glad to have met her. She made, from scratch, bridesmaid dresses for my wedding. Hao, at Boutique Bridal it far more than a "seamstress" if the truth be known. Hao,not only works very hard, (as sewing and designing is her passion), she is forthright and honest and is always on time with any thing she promises. Hao, can fix anything and make anything, with the greatest detail and finesse, as long as she is paid fairly for her work and time. It is no wonder she has such a huge following! BRIDES BEWARE! Don't go to Boutique Bridal at 829 Cambie Street in Vancouver. I went there with a wedding dress asking the owner could alter it. Her name is Hao, she said it was "impossible" to alter my top to a smaller size because the beading was "too complicated". She said she could only alter the bottom. I was crestfallen and thought there was no way to save my wedding dress. But of course, I always go for a 2nd or 3rd opinion. I have gone to see Hao on many occasions when I needed alterations or just to ask her opinion on a style. She is extremely professional, as well as a first-class seamstress. I have recommended others to her store and they have all commented on the consistent good work she performs. She has a life-long customer in me. Just as a bit of background, Hao is a very humble person and beyond her work as a seamstress, would never volunteer that she was a successful designer with her own label in the past.
