Chef Matthew set up an amazing space, with amazing food, and amazing service. I contacted him about a private dinner with my family for my wife's birthday. I expressed to him my desire to make a special evening for her, but taking into consideration that COVID is still an issue, and that we wanted to keep away from other people as much as possible. Chef Matthew and his team catered our wedding in New York in November, and we can't say enough about how happy we were! We planned the wedding from out of town, and Chef Matthew was responsive and patient through the whole process. The tasting at his test kitchen was a great preview into the care, creativity and quality of the food and presentation.
