Chef Matthew set up an amazing space, with amazing food, and amazing service. I contacted him about a private dinner with my family for my wife's birthday. I expressed to him my desire to make a special evening for her, but taking into consideration that COVID is still an issue, and that we wanted to keep away from other people as much as possible.
