I've ordered from them a few times and I honestly love what they sell. I always order same size each time. Well the shorts I purchased were definitely not the size they were 2x the size. I emailed them right away and said they will not return them because they were final sale. It never said final sale when I purchased them & doesn't say final sale on my recite. Horrible customer service! The bodysuit I ordered would barely have the neck area stretch, and it wouldnt fit over my head. I contacted her immediately, and she said she would issue store credit only if I paid for shipping to send it back AND they deemed it defective. I told her I did not want store credit as I wasnt interested in anything else, and she refused. First and last purchase with this company. Buyer beware!!!!
Horrible customer service! NOWHERE did it mention my items were final sale on the website. Whenever I received my package there was a red final sale stamp on it. I purchased a black sequin bodysuit. It was too small so I want to exchange it. I sent an email and they replied with bodysuits are final sale. I also ordered a rust colored Aztec dress. It fits but is made of really cheap fabric. The dress looks like something you could get at a flea market or shien for $5 or less.
I loved the store, all her clothes are legit! I ordered from her all the time. One day the ear rings I purchased had the diamonds messed up. I contacted her it was so hard to get a refund from her that I never received . I just ordered again 4 weeks ago its October 2021. I wanted to give her another chance well they messed up and sent me another women order with the same name as mine The invoice and shirt was different than what I ordered but the outside bag had my name and label on it .
