Barbara is amazing! My mom is going through chemo and she was treated like a Queen, the wig looks so real. We are so happy with the service she received-the time Barbara took and the compassion. Thank you for being you Barbara! Highly recommend!!
Very disappointed i requested mastectomy products three months ago.not only am I still waiting for Barbara to put request in to insurance,no word on when or if their gonna come in.i have to travel from wtbry to orange to get them.she (barbara) never returns my calls seriously.no help at all.very disappointed .how can I file a complaint.this is crazy.
I am very happy with the service. I received personal attention. Barbara was very helpful and considerate. It is a long trip for me but I will come again.
Today I took my wife to Saxon Kent to pickup a wig that she ordered. Barbara did an excellent job styling and cutting that made my wife extremely happy. She definitely needed to smile now after receiving many chemo treatments. Thank you Barbara for all your help.
My wife has been waiting for many many weeks for a wig that was on order. She has called several times. No one has ever called her on the status. We are going somewhere else. I would strongly recommend not doing business with Saxton Kent.
