Terrible service. Oil tank was empty at my elderly parents house which shouldn’t happen because they are on auto fill. After calling them they told me they would fill it up in the next 5-7 days. Told them that my elderly parents were without heat and that was unacceptable. They filled the tank later that day but didn’t bleed the furnace after I specifically mentioned that it needed to be done. Called back and asked them to send a tech to bleed the furnace. If I can give this company 0 stars I would. Horrible service. I am on an automatic plan to avoid running out of heating oil and I find myself in that situation in -20c weather. I called to tell them I have ran out of oil and they have provided no solution!!! Unacceptable. No manager to talk to, no emergency deliveries even if they are at fault. They are wiping their hands from the situation. I now have to move 5 tenants to a hotel for the night.
One of the worst companies ever since they were bought out by Sonic.I had been trying to connect with them since September to have my oil tank changed since they would no longer deliver us oil. I called several times until the end of November. Although I was on their priority list, they only called back after I switched company. Used to be a great company to deal with until it merged with Co-Op Fédérée. Since then service has taken a downward slide. Too bad.
Évitez cette horrible compagnie a tout prix! Ça vous sauvera de beaucoup de stress et de frustration! Mon duplex est chauffé au mazout et ma livraison était 3 semaines en retard. J'ai fais des dizaines de voyages a la stations-service pour chercher du mazout et dépensé des centaines de dollars! J'ai appelé au moins 10 fois pour demander une livraison d'urgence ou de l'information. Personne ne sais rien et on me dit qu'on va me rappeler, mais personne ne rappelle jamais!
