So not commenting on the food, bc the food still tastes good. However, not sure if it was just the location i went to (ottawa) but the atmosphere wasn’t that clean and welcoming as I’d expect. Someone was cutting the shawarma, without wearing gloves - employees not in a costume etc. Also, the workers are not aligned with the culture of the food itself if that makes sense. Hard to explain. Even the toilets were not working.
I had the kofta combo which did not disappoint.
Rahman is always a good guy and gives a very good customer service
Great staff. The person working there, Safi is a great guy. My order was made excellently.
