Nice people to deal with from start to finish. Doctor was very helpful and informative, 10 times better than the last place I went. Limited selection of glasses based on my insurance, but found some and should have them soon. Glad I found this eye doctor! She was great.
This office is a hassle to deal with. Don’t bother seeing them.
Don't bother going here if you have Buckeye or any division of Medicaid as your insurance. They have 2 long walls of eyeglass frames, and only 7 pairs that are covered by Medicaid. They were all too small for my head, as if they were made for children. I say I will pay for the frames out of pocket, and they say I will have to pay for everything in cash if I do that. Classic bait and switch. Also very rude. Don't waste your time, go someplace else.
