Tried to get appointment for over a year. I may possibly have skin cancer and have sent pics which have still not got me an appointment. Doc will call me back is all I get, but never does

Completely unhelpful receptionist. Waited 5 mins in so called queue to arrange appt for chesty cough that have had for 2 weeks, to be told phone back tomorrow at 830, end of conversation.

I have been a member of this practice for 49 years and am probably one of the first patients due to moving down from Glasgow as a small child when it was merely a portocabin. I very rarely attended the Doctor for myself but frequently attended with my children and couldn’t fault it. The Doctors and Reception staff knew you well and were indeed very good and pleasant to deal with. Absolutely disgraceful, can't even get an appointment or even a phone call for my 11 day old baby, rude receptionist. Can take hours even days to get through to them on the phone, yet when ever I am down at the surgery it's empty. Beyond raging!!
