I am not one to leave a bad review but our experience made my husband & I so upset. We reached out to Ryan to complete our taxes for 2024 & sent him all of our documents over a month prior to the tax due date. There was little to no communication & our tax form was returned to us the day prior to April 15th for review. Quite literally, everything was incorrect. Our overall income was wrong, our address was wrong, and our daughter was not listed as a dependent. This almost caused us to miss out on a 2k tax break!! The lack of... read more
