Very clean and unkept. Could have used an extra set of towels, inside pool was good but water was cold and you could provide towels. Toilet kept making noise every so often. Very nice people and close to activities .

Overall, it was such a good place to stay. I would recommend it. It was very affordable and it was worth the price. The staff was very friendly check in and check out was super easy and the rooms were not bad at all

Ocean Acres is centrally located, the staff and owners are really nice and it’s a great value. A clean, quiet space to relax at the end of an adventurous day, close to the beach, restaurants and town; also a half block from the trolly stop). Our kids love both the indoor and outdoor pool and the check in and out experience was quick, with great online and in person communication.

Not fancy, but a very functional place to stay in Ogunquit. It's an older motel, but both our room and other facilities were extremely clean and in good shape. Staff very friendly and helpful, prices are reasonable. The memory-foam king-size mattress was very comfortable. Even when the weather is cooler we enjoy taking a quick dip in the water. Only stayed for one night on our way back from Bar Harbor. The motel is less than a mile from the little “downtown” area with great restaurants all along the way. The room was spotless and equipped with fridge, microwave, coffeemaker plus very comfortable beds. There is an indoor and outdoor pool, but we didn’t have time to check them out. The place is not fancy, but was perfect for our needs and was a great price as well.
