BEWARE: Do not hand over money until you are completely satisfied with your product! Naively, i handed over just under £4,500 for a BRAND NEW Cartier watch which they said they would order for me FROM CARTIER, to arrive in 5-10 working days. 6 WEEKS LATER, the watch arrived, but was too small for my wrist, so I asked them to get me the larger model for a further £1000 . Brilliant Jewellers. I don't usually leave good reviews, but every time I've been here I've found a gift I love and received brilliant service. Aftercare is also great. I dropped and damaged my ring and they found a new stone and replaced it with no hassle with great communication. Special thanks to Callum who's works there. Fab help.
