Called ambulance service for very ill golfer on golf course. Because I didn’t have his contact details they refused to prioritise and wouldn’t attend. Very disappointed in service and the script based telephone dispatcher. Poor

An enormous 'Thank You' to the wonderful ambulance staff who took my friend to hospital after she was taken ill at Bournemouth airport. You are a credit to your profession.

I felt very poorly on Friday 17th January due to ongoing health issues. I called 999 as wasn't sure whether my symptoms were going too progress to put me in danger. After a short time Stu and Maddie arrived. I want to Thank them personally for their kindness and thoroughness. They spent a long time with me making sure that I was stable enough to stay at home. I want to thank the ambulance crew who helped my daughter, Becca on Sunday 1 December. She was knocked down in an Aldi car park in Bournemouth. The crew not only looked after her and took her to hospital they sorted her daughter's birthday party arrangements and emailed her cinema tickets to somebody else to ensure the cinema party treat could still happen. She was badly knocked about but is recovering now. Thanks again for above and beyond service.

Amazing people. I have uncontrolled epilepsy, and for about a year I was ending up being rushed to hospital at least once a month. The paramedics have always always been hero’s, they’ve helped me so many times I couldn’t guess, always sending them as much love and all the best wishes as possible
