I bought a mechanized chair for my elderly father so he would be able to get in and out....Not only was the chair defective, but the service was very poor...we had to have more than one visit to fix it...not every offering to replace the chair...we bought it under emergency conditions and I guess they had us by the short hairs...the sales staff were not very supportive and If I had had a choice, I would have returned the chair and gone elsewhere...
