Just great! We needed to replace an oil boiler and had a complicated set being in an old, rambling house with two separate systems! Bourne Energy were great. Professional, friendly, efficient and with a 'can do attitude' which is so refreshing!
Thank you to the lovely people at Bourne Energy for sorting out our Air Source heat pump in time for the cold snap. Very professional and efficient service. They made sure we understood what was going on and what our options were and all work was carried out in really good time.
I can only echo all the previous 5 star reviews adding mine only to say I am cancelling my contract with a large well known Company, and feel totally sure of the professional, thoughtful, very responsive and competitive pricing of Bourne Energy. Oh and yes … they are really nice people too!👍
This is the second 'major' job undertaken by Bourne Energy and I highly recommend them. We had a complete bathroom refit which went really well and the end result was amazing. They provided advice and guidance too, which I was really grateful for. The second job they did was install a Air Source Heat Pump central heating system. They were amazing!
