Running a small business—especially in today’s challenging environment—takes a lot of effort, dedication, and trust-building with customers. I’ve had multiple services done at this car repair shop, and I’m genuinely happy with the quality of their work and the professionalism they show each time. The team clearly cares about their customers and goes the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. I appreciate their honesty and hard work, and I wish them continued success.

I have been dealing with this place for a long time, but the communication is very bad from the customer service, also found that a person (works there for a long time) in the front desk never happy, always in a unhappy mood. Sent multiple emails for a repair work to schedule the work. Also, last time, when I repaired, the total cost at the end was way over the quote, and the reason was Technician had hard time to remove a part.. not sure if that is a reasonable cause since all these depends on the Technicians' skills and kn... read more
