I took my 2011 Chev Suburban in because it was having AC issues.. I explained that it was working and not working on and off.. The shop did a assessment and came back with a weak AC Compressor at $2,100…I need my Truck so I said go ahead and fix it.. I picked my truck up 2 days later and paid my bill.. The truck was blowing cold air for half my trip home when it went to hot air..I took the truck back in the next day and told them it was doing the same thing as when I had originally dropped it off..So they brought the Truck b... read more

As usual, but with touch of TLC. Friday before the August long weekend and we need to get to Waterloo Region. 4.5 hour service estimate to Remove and Replace AC unit in our 2019 Subaru Forester. Bourk's got our car in Thursday afternoon, and the job was reported as complete by 8:30 Friday morning. Kudos to the Bourk's team.
