Great shop and always great service
Almost great... I had planned to use the shuttle service to get home until I discovered that my home was out of range. (I live in Stittsville, so it was too far)
I recently took my car here because the steering wheel pulls right or left while driving, especially at higher speeds. I explained the issue clearly before bringing the car in and expected that after inspection I would receive an estimate and have the problem repaired. Instead, I received a call to pick up the car. When I arrived, they handed me the keys along with an invoice stating they had checked the vehicle and listed issues I was already aware of. Very pleasant and professional interaction. I really liked the digital communication platform. Quick detailed reports and quotes easily approved with one touch.
