Had trouble with engine oil loss, ended up paying $1,200+, and was told the problem was out of their league and recommended to bring the car to an auto service specialized in Audi. The thing is the service booking was swift, counter manners were good as well, and I believe some repair attempt was performed, just the problem persists... Advice: if you're looking to repair an European make, you might wanna consider somewhere else.

Good experience with them when I was in kanata for a year. Shuttle is very useful. A text with pictures showing whats wrong and the cost to repair is very transparent and easy to use.
I highly recommend this garage. The booking process is straight forward and at the moment you book it online. You don't need to wait for confirmation. I went there for a brake issue and they fixed it no problem. The service is very professional and they are knowledgeable. I will definitely go back if I have car problems !
Bryan and Stuart provided outstanding customer service when my car developed an issue during my commute on Carling Avenue yesterday. I stopped by without an appointment, and they had my car inspected within 15 minutes of my arrival to make sure it was still safe to drive home. Their willingness to help is greatly appreciated.
