Bryan and Stuart provided outstanding customer service when my car developed an issue during my commute on Carling Avenue yesterday. I stopped by without an appointment, and they had my car inspected within 15 minutes of my arrival to make sure it was still safe to drive home. Their willingness to help is greatly appreciated. Amazing service!

Great experience with Bourk’s, would recommend 100%. Way better for my Model Y than going to Tesla directly. They were super clear, great to deal with, only did the work required and didn’t try any of that shady upsell business that’s all too common. Offered a local uber, had strong wifi, and heck they even offered me a muffin. Can’t recommend enough.
