My car broke down yesterday and it was a super easy process to get it diagnosed, fixed and back on the road for a reasonable price. Can’t recommend enough! I wish I had found them years ago.
Air conditioning nightmare. First it’s the condenser then it’s the compressor then it’s the upper line. They looked at it five times. After everything had been replaced they assured me it would work. This was done in 2025. They told me the problem had to be solved. Now this summer they say the problem is the compressor and are pretending they have no record of it being replaced. I’m blown away by the service here. The guy went above and beyond in explaining everything (i always have lots of questions) and was so helpful even though he couldn’t fix my car in the end. Even gave me suggestions for other places i could try since they couldn’t get the parts. I have major anxiety with some experiences I’ve had at other auto shops but they were just so kind and transparent here!! I’ll definitely be back :)
This is a fantastic place to do service with. My air conditioning was not functioning and would have cost a lot more but they offered a way to make me save money. The service was fantastic, the workers very friendly. It was my first time going to Bourk’s bu it will not be my last. Thank you so much for your excellent service.
