Absolutely the best travel agents we have ever used. They’ve booked more than 5 international tours for us and too many domestic flights to count. They always get the most bang for our buck. They know how to tailor our trips to our family’s travel style and suggest things we never would have thought to do and see. In the rare instance that something goes wrong, they have taken care of it quickly and professionally. We wouldn’t book an international vacation without them.
I know this place got good reviews, but NOT from me. I’ve called this place a couple times. This lady I spoke to name Kim didn’t seem to friendly or helpful to me when I’d asked about booking a family trip. I emailed the information she wanted to get started with a price quote and she ignored my email and would NOT give me a quote unless I pay a deposit up front first which I’m NOT doing because she’s got my deposit if I think the quote amount is too much for the trip and then I’ve loss that money to her. Bourke Travel is the absolute best! They organized an amazing trip to China for us. We were due to go in Feb 2020. As it became apparent that we would not be able to go to China due to the pandemic, Bourke Travel quickly planned a different trip for us. We ended up going to Europe and seeing Germany, Austria and Czech Republic. When we arrived in Czech, we found out that we had to return to the US because of lock downs.
