I cannot say enough amazing things about Marcos and his team. They are prompt, do incredible work, and leave you house cleaner than when they came. They were a pleasure start to finish. Worked within our budget and helped us figure out how to address issues that have baffled other contractors for years. They are so amazing I want to take them to VT with us when we move! Hire them. Marcos Meira and his team did an outstanding job water-sealing, repairing, and painting our basement. Our house is an old one (circa 1940) and the basement had been little attended to since its original construction. The Bourke team did quality work on time and on budget. They also were quite attentive, helpful and professional in their work. They were a pleasure to have in our home.
We've used Bourke Contracting to paint two of our houses and construct a wonderful front porch in the Pill Hill Historic District. Marcos and company did a superb job navigating the rigorous building requirements of the Brookline Preservation Commission and in a week's time constructed a beautiful porch which is the envy of the neighborhood. I can't say enough about Bourke Contracting. They are true professionals and a pleasure to work with.
Having used Bourke Contractors for a paint job 10 years prior, I remembered the quality and professionalism of their work when I finally put down the brush myself. Marcos and his team arrive on time, finish on time, and pay attention to the details.
