The Landmark Lofts apartment building was first constructed in 1886 for Meyer Brother Drug Company. The building was converted in 1998 for mixed use of living and office space. Today it offers spacious studios, 1- and 2-bedroom lofts and two townhomes with private entrances. Head up to our roof top patio for some amazing views of our city or tour our amenity space located on bottom floor that includes a brand-new 24-hour fitness, free bike storage, and coffee bar serving City Market Coffee.

I’m happy I read reviews while considering this location as my next home. It’s really too bad, great location and nice looking lofts but after seeing multiple reviews of an incompetent management company I will mark this one off my list.
Have only lived here a short time, but so far I'm happy with our apartment choice! The other tennants we've met seem like genuinely good and friendly people. We love the open layout and industrial / histpric brick vibe of the interior. Shout out to the property manager Chelli who has helped make both our apartment search and move-in a breeze. This used to be a nice apartment when I first moved in. Since then, management has changed and there's non-stop construction, consistent parking issues (before and during construction), no notification from management for things like road/parking closures or utility shut offs, constant break-ins (people's vehicles and the building itself), brick dust constantly raining from the ceiling, water leaks through the walls and windows when it rains, unresponsive management that takes weeks to respond to requests, bogus charges on m... read more
Best place I’ve ever lived in KC! Everyone in the building truly treated each other like family, and always looked out for one another. The leasing office was so kind when stuff came up and took care of any problems in a very timely matter. Shoutout to Chelli, the nicest leasing manager! It was the most beautiful apartment I’ve ever owned (a dream loft!) with a gorgeous view of the sunset over the river. I recently moved into my new apartment, and the experience was incredibly smooth. The leasing agent was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout the move-in process. Overall, a great start to my new home!
