Trace, the property manager, goes above and beyond to make sure this place stays clean, safe, and quiet. Every morning I wake up and I have the most beautiful view every day I walk into my loft. I think God I love this place. I love this area. The management here is taken care of my issues quickly. I love having the coffee bar every morning. The only thing I wish they had was a punching bag or a boxing bag in the workout room. But the game room is fun. I love the patio where we can grill. And I’m close to all the places I can walk to.
Don't rent here. I've been here 3 years and management has gone downhill after the initial manager left shortly after I moved in. I won't be renewing my lease because I've been dealing with a cigarette smoking issue since July of 2024 that management has done nothing to resolve. The only time any action is taken is when I poke at them about it and that just results in a sternly worded text to tenants reminding them it's a lease violation - "I have just sent out a stern reminder, if you can pinpoint where it is coming from th... read more
We’ve lived in Art Space for a few years now and love it. The units are all really unique and have a lot of character, but you have to keep in mind, it is a 100 year old converted warehouse, so it definitely has its idiosyncrasies too. The location is unbeatable - walking distance to City Market and the streetcar.
