We are extremely disappointed with our experience at this dental office. My husband needed a tooth extraction months ago, but instead of treating the problem, we were told he had to complete 4–5 cleanings before they would even consider removing the tooth. Meanwhile, the condition continued to worsen. Now the tooth has become abscessed and infected, causing severe pain and forcing my husband to go to the ER for treatment. I have been going to this clinic for forever. As a child growing up I’ve never really cared but since being an adult and a mom, my experience there has been phenomenal. I would never go elsewhere as long as those two Doctors are practicing at this clinic. Dr. Rachel is absolutely phenomenal with everyone but especially kids. She is patient, kind, and truly makes them feel comfortable, which makes such a difference because going to the dentist could be intimidating.. but luckily my kids LOVE and actually ask to go.
