I recently purchased a new Vehicle from Newmarket Hyundai receiving an incredible deal saving $8,000 compared to Midland Hyundai . What followed was truly shocking and upsetting the phone call with David Grattan GM. Upon learning of my decision to purchase elsewhere he made a point and with pleasure to tell me with a Smug Attitude & Lack of Courtesy , that I was Not “entitled to any Perks” several times throughout . The service department compares to no other. Nick goes above and beyond to help customers. Never any surprises with getting updates throughout your whole repair from start to finish. Highly recommend, I will be back.
Laura is a great sales person. Pleasure to deal with. Update. Went in today as I was having difficulties with my key fobs. Turns out dead batteries. But while there I saw an employee with snake on his shoulders. Now snakes aren't my cup of tea. The employee was super respectful of my feelings and moved away. It was because of the power outage due to the recent ice storm. He needed to keep the animal warm to protect it.
