Shelby is one the best makeup artists in the area. She listens to you when you share what your vision is for your look and always makes you feel comfortable. I've hired her for private makeup lessons, to do my personal makeup, and use her for eyebrow waxing. I've never been disappointed. She's also LGBTQIA+ friendly!
