I had an absolutely SHOCKING experience with the racist receptionist here. I walked in right after the postman (a person of color) left, and after greeting me cheerfully, this woman (white lady, 50's, brown hair) turned to me and said, word for word, "I'm not racist, but, those people..." and at that point I stopped her with a "oh my goodness, did you really just say that?
