My experience at Bourbonnais Terrace was disappointing. Communication and professionalism from management, specifically one of the male supervisors, was very disrespectful during my interactions there. I felt concerns were not handled properly, and the overall customer service experience lacked basic respect and professionalism. I hope management takes steps to improve how residents and visitors are treated moving forward.
This place saved my life. While there I attended many groups to help get my life back on track after years of traumatic events. Do to my ptsd and my homelessness do to self medicating with alcohol. The Bourbonnais Terrace SMHRC Facility helped me get back on my feet and because of my self determination to over come. My trauma I was able to move into my own apartment. Ha! Run.... Best advice I can give to anyone struggling with mental health.. may as well be locked up . Residents and to my knowledge staff, steal your belongings. They did when I was there. Phone taken right out of my room, short black dude, wonder if he's still there?! 🤔
