As other posts have stated, male employee was very rude. Not much help, and seemed as if we were bothering him, even though we were the only customers in the store. On busy Bourbon Street that should have been an indication when we walked in the door. Will NOT go back to this store. It’s a shame Harley Davidson is represented by this person. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. There are a couple of other options close for H-D merchandise.

To the two clowns working...just shut down shop if you’re that miserable. Chill with the sarcastic, fake customer service. No I don’t need help just because I switched out a large for an extra large. Not everyone coming in your Bourbon Street location is drunk. I simply came in to get my Dad a birthday gift. Both of you were rude to the others who walked in also. Hopefully you’re just retail workers and not the actual owners. You need major help in the customer service department.
