The staff here are always so friendly and efficient, the food is amazing, and the portions are super generous. Try the Cajun BBQ Chicken with Bourbon Chicken Rice - it’s super addictive!!
I went last wednesday and have my late lunch. I feel like the chinese lady employee are kinda rude that time. As i keep asking for my food and yet she kinda ignore me, i even ask a question abt the food i am ordering but she wasnt able to answer me back. That time the food is kinda salty and the rice is kinda different compare before. I always get my food at your store but last time it really pissed me off. And i didnt even finished my food. I hope your food next time will not be too salty. Thank you
Raw chicken . Service was terrible Never again
Went to this place with family and was really impressed with food quality. Ordered 3 in 1 combo for myself with 2 large meat portions and 1 veggies+ side dish. Food really taste like home food cooked with love even that it's a fast food chain. Especially I like bourbon pork and bourbon chicken. I tried same Bourbon Grill in Saskatoon - their food were also good but less exceptional. Want to thanks the workers as they are friendly to the consumers and service was done extremely fast! Next time I am in Southgate, Bourbon Gril... read more
Not the same offers as other locations, they did not offer three meat choice and were more expensive on the two meat. We politely waited for the girl to finish cleaning the windows that block the food but she did not stop or care to notice us and girl behind the counter ‘didn’t see us either’ so we went and ate somewhere else. Food looked old that particular day so it was a blessing we left!
