I’ve lived hear almost two years and this is at least the tenth time this has happened. This is the front door to our building. multiple people in our building have called the “emergency” line for maintenance as well as the office, to absolutely no avail. This is completely unacceptable.

I have lived here for a year and a half. My apartment is perfect for me. Everyone in the office is great. Easy to talk to and get help from. The maintenance is so helpful. They come in and fix everything. All within a few days. I had 1 emergency. They called back in 5 min and at my place in 15mins. At 630 am Thankful to Jon and all the other guys. I will go into the office just to talk to the ladies there. Friendly and nice. Thanks bourbon square
The location, the size of the apartments and so many closets which are huge. It's like a condo.
Change guess parking arrangements! Can't wait to Move Out!! Apartment is much to cold!!
Actually despised this place at first but then realized that it was some of the residents and not the community. This place is actually a really nice place to call home!!

I have lived here for going on 3 years and love it. The accessibility to parks, forest preserves and local restaurants couldn't be better. The office staff is friendly and always helpful. The grounds are well maintained. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. And the apartment itself is HUGE. The storage space is wonderful along with the walk in closets. I feel in love with the huge kitchen and open space.
