Old school looking downtown Tavern with an old school looking bar. Very southern Tavern vibe... stopped in for dinner on a Saturday night about 8:30 PM was a tad bit busy and became very busy, but we were still well looked after. It turned into a bit of a party scene behind the bar but then again maybe that's the vibe of this establishment when it gets to a certain time.
Danny is rhe man!!! Makes great drinks!!! Best place hands down for drinks
The drinks were excellent- I highly recommend Coffee and Smokes. Food was good, too. Service was good, just seemed a little understaffed.
We had an excellent experience this evening. The cocktails were fantastic and Dan and the other bartender (whose name we didn’t catch) were exceptionally welcoming and knowledgeable concerning all things bourbon. The charcuterie board and spark fries were perfect bar food. We travel through Lexington several times a year and will be sure to make this a regular stop from here on out. Highly recommended.
