Third time here and they don’t miss. The staff is kind and attentive, their service is quick and they are always checking in on us. The naked wings are flavorful and crispy, and go so well with their housemade ranch. I’m gluten sensitive so I get their cauliflower crust and it’s divinely crispy, flavorful and oh my gosh my mouth is watering again… Anyhoo this is my new spot you’ll probably catch me here every few weeks!

If you spill soft drinks all over a patron, hoodie, pants and shoes, you should immediately address the issue. And maybe offer some compensation. I don't really care about the $30. But I spent half a life time in the restaurant business and know if a customer has a bad experience in my establishment, you do whatever it takes to either turn it around or get a second chance. Florence location, you are limiting your opportunities by not taking orders online. The website menu is hard to navigate and people have to wait for others to place orders on the phone. Customers should be able to look at the menu, make all of their choices and place their order at their own pace. I intended to order pizza, sides and drinks but felt rushed after being put on hold.
