We have just had the worst experience with this office. The staff is nothing but kind and the dentist do great work but unfortunately their promptness and communication leaves much to be desired, they’ve had his dentures for 11 days, we’ve been trying to contact them since the 17th and when they did call back they were quite rude and dismissive and didn’t even have the dentures realigned yet. So unfortunately we will be choosing another office to go to.
As someone with horrible anxiety, this is THE place to go!! So patient, kind, understanding. They walked me through every step, made sure I didn't feel a thing!
Bourbon Dental is amazing and they care they talk to you asking and making sure you're doing okay and they're just awesome
Switching Dentists after today. My husband suffers from severe anxiety and I am his security when he is out in public. We were told today that No one is allowed back with him, mind you I have ALWAYS gone back with him. So just a warning, if you suffer from any mental health illness like my husband does the staff does not care. I even told the grey haired woman he suffered from severe anxiety and she didn't care.
The entire staff is phenomenal. Dr. Doug is amazing. I have had multiple procedures all with zero pain, including a root canal! I can’t say thank you enough!!
