STAY AWAY from this extraordinarily dishonest office. If you need immigration medical testing done, do yourself a huge favor and go elsewhere - they intentionally withold information from you, lie about how much the total cost will be, and then withold your paperwork until you pay them even MORE money. These are clear predatory practices, aimed at foreign immigrants (which is gross in its own right, but grosser still, seeing as Dr. Bourand is HIMSELF a foreign immigrant).
