Unprofessional and rude. They don't follow up on orders and just "refund" instead of ask questions. shame on them. Edit to add yes they were rude. She had my number to text me a refund letter the day of delivery. but NOT. To confirm my order. Bad form.yes. rude. You had a week to confirm the order. You did not. You just refunded with NO phone call. That is not professional. If anyone is interested in the screen shots id be happy to provide.
Great place to order online and get the delivery done in the same day. Excellent customer service and our friend and co- worker loved the arrangement that Anna's Petals did for her. Thank you.
