Atrocious service, incompetent staff. Ordered a Bouquet to be delivered to a business, clearly highlighting the importance of prompt delivery. Called on the day of delivery around midday and was reassured the delivery driver "left 45 minutes ago, they'll arrive any minute"... delivery never happens. Call and call all afternoon but this store closes at 3:30 in work days (lazy or useless). My partner goes home and misses the delivery, so that moment is ruined.
