I had my graduation bouquet preserved to commemorate finishing law school. At the beginning, Rosie was warm and accommodating, even arranging for me to drop off my flowers while she was out of town. She also indicated I would be consulted and have input on the final design, which made me comfortable leaving the flowers with her. Communication became difficult afterward.
