Dr. Rhee is amazing! I’ve always been scared of the dentist—seriously nervous for years—but Dr. Rhee completely changed that for me. He’s incredibly kind, calm, and patient. He always takes the time to explain everything clearly, which really helps ease my anxiety. He makes me feel comfortable every step of the way, and that means the world when you’ve had bad experiences in the past. I received such empathy and kindness from both dentists I have seen recently at Bounty Road. Plus Nicki and her colleagues could not have been more helpful
Don’t believe what you see on the website… I visited on Monday morning, the reception staff were ok but spent the 10-15 minutes I waited discussing what they did at the weekend! As for the dentistry consultation experience, it could have been better. The team although extremely nice could have had a better understanding of the English language (The actual dentist (not the dental nurses) did speak perfect English however. I would highly recomend Bounty Road Dental and Implant Centre. A special thank you to Dr Joe Rhee for doing a fantastic professional job fitting five implants. Also thank you to your lovely nurses Bishnu and Purnina for thier kind attentiveness and thanks to Niki for your welcoming friendly service on reception. :)
With a four year interval I have had two implants each time. Dentistry is not my favourite pastime. However Joe is very professional, kind and thoughtful and takes time to explain exactly what he’s doing. The dental nurses are very attentive. In fact I have just finished two Implant’s and to my amazement I found the experience somewhat enjoyable! Superb implants, thank you. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dental practice.
