Extremely Unprofessional & Frustrating Experience My experience with this Nissan dealership in Bountiful has been beyond unacceptable. My first visit was simply to get a replacement key programmed. They didn’t have the key in stock, so I had to reschedule. While I was there, they performed & charged me for an oil change I never requested & did not need. I took in my new-ish Nissan Pathfinder for routine service. The team was able to get the service done in a reasonable time-frame even though someone had dropped in without an appointment just before I got there and I asked that they add on an alignment. Jesus kept me updated with the states and reviewed all the items checked and completed. The service team here is always professional and friendly.
