Disappointed — flowers arrived at 7pm, looked nothing like what I ordered, and were already wilting. No one called to notify me about the delay either. Wouldn’t recommend.
There is no way to contact them if you are ordering outside Australia. No one reply’s back on emails and they dnt give any approximate time of delivery.
I had a wonderful experience at this flower shop. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me pick out the perfect arrangement specially a girl named Maryan. The flowers were fresh, beautifully arranged, and lasted for days. They also offer a great variety of bouquets for different occasions at reasonable prices. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for high quality flowers and excellent service.
