I had a wonderful experience at this flower shop. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me pick out the perfect arrangement specially a girl named Maryan. The flowers were fresh, beautifully arranged, and lasted for days. They also offer a great variety of bouquets for different occasions at reasonable prices. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for high quality flowers and excellent service.
If i could leave zero stars i would. This place is outrageous. The flowers are disgusting and old. The staff have no idea what they are doing, rather than speaking in english they all speak arabic. No customer service ethics or work ethics whatsoever. The service you receive is so bad. Everyone avoid this place. The staff look so unhappy to even serve you or to even be working here. They need to fix the flowers and the services they have to offer.
Very very bad service and bad flowers too.
